When you're going through a tough time, like a breakup, it always helps to have friends to help you through it.

Something else that helps, or at least I would assume wouldn't hurt, is when those same friends just happen to own their very own island in the Bahamas where you can lounge on the beach while you drown your troubles in sun, surf, and presumably lots of fruity drinks with little umbrellas in them. 

Just ask Gwyneth Paltrow who happens to be doing that very thing as we speak.
