Kim also wore a simple diamond tennis bracelet and a second pink sapphire piece. Each pink sapphire was around 3 carats, which is larger than many engagement rings. She wore all four during her April vacation in Maui with her kids and sister Khloé Kardashian.

Fans remembered the Bora Bora earring
After the anklet post, fans referenced her 2011 Keeping Up with the Kardashians moment in Bora Bora. Kim lost a $75,000 diamond earring after being thrown into the ocean by her then-boyfriend Kris Humphries.
