Callum Drift, a leader in charge of Santa’s security, wants to retire after being frustrated with more naughty children.

One Christmas Eve, a team kidnaps Santa, and Callum tells Director Zoe Harlow about the attack.

Zoe learns that a hacker, Jack O’Malley, gave away Santa’s location. Jack doesn’t know who he is helping but agrees to assist in finding Santa for more money.

Callum and Jack track down a broker who tells them that Grýla, a winter witch, took Santa.

They later find out that Grýla may be working with Krampus, Santa’s brother.
