Free Admission & Family Programs at the Country Music Hall of Fame (This Summer)

NASHVILLE, Tenn. – This summer, the Country Music Hall of Fame® and Museum is making a special effort to welcome local youth and their families.

From Memorial Day to Labor Day, the museum will offer free admission to children aged 18 and under from Davidson and its neighboring counties, which include Cheatham, Robertson, Rutherford, Sumner, Williamson, and Wilson.

Additionally, up to two accompanying adults will receive a 25% discount on their admission. This initiative provides a fantastic opportunity for locals to delve into the rich history of country music, explore engaging exhibits, and participate in a variety of family-friendly activities.

A Summer of Exploration and Creativity

Visitors to the museum can look forward to an array of programs designed to entertain and educate. These offerings include take-home kits, interactive exhibits, and hands-on workshops.

Families are encouraged to reserve their tickets in advance via the museum’s website to ensure entry, as timed tickets are required for admission between 9 a.m. and 3:30 p.m.

Weekly Programs and Activities

Mondays and Tuesdays: All Day

• Take-Home Kits: Available throughout the day, these kits inspire visitors to create their own musical instruments from everyday items such as spoons, rubber bands, and plastic eggs.
