I’ve had people ask me if I had heard a cause of death for George Strait’s brother, John “Buddy” Strait, who died last month. The coroner finally released a cause of death today.
According to MySanAntonio.com the death has been ruled an accident caused by methadone toxicity and heart disease. Methadone is a very strong narcotic pain reliever used for things such as heroin withdrawal.
I’m sure that the Strait family is happy to have the mystery solved.
