The road to the BAFTA Film Awards kicked off with the longlist announcements on January 3, 2025. Round 2 voting was open til January 10, 2025, when BAFTA’s voting members finalized the nominations.
Nominations will be announced on January 15, 2025, via BAFTA’s YouTube channel. Winners will be revealed during the ceremony on Sunday, February 16, 2025, aired live on BBC One and BBC iPlayer.
The EE Rising Star Award is celebrating its 20th year and stands out as the only award at the EE BAFTA Film Awards voted on by the public. A panel of industry pros, including actors and past winners, selected this year’s nominees.
