He may be 88 years old, but Willie Nelson is still going strong and is scheduled to continue his Outlaw tour throughout 2021. This tour is set to begin in late August and will run into late October. Here, Nelson will play at various locations, beginning with Austin, Texas, and ending at Wheatland, California. Precisely, the first date begins on August 22nd, and the last is on October 24th.

The Outlaw tour was a concept originally created by Willie Nelson back in 2016. Here, it is a celebration of his greatest hits and is performed by his family and friends. Not only is this a chance for fans of Nelson to see him perform, but it’s also a great opportunity to see breakthrough acts, and those with less recognition.

This year shall see the likes of Margo Price, Sturgill Simpson, and Lucinda Williams join him, as well as several others. In the past, the likes of Luke Combs have joined Nelson on his Outlaw tour – who has since gone on to be one of the biggest stars in modern country. Here, Nelson will perform classics such as ‘Always on my mind’, ‘On the road again’, and many others.

Tickets for this tour will go on 27th May online. However, be quick as they are set to sell out quickly. Combined with his iconic status, with a demand for live performances after lockdown ends, it’s safe to see that country fans will be clamoring over each other to get their hands on tickets.
