Get ready to get whipped into shape because Carrie Underwood is releasing a new health and fitness book!
On Wednesday, the singer revealed to People that her first book, Find Your Path: Honor Your Body, Fuel Your Soul, and Get Strong with the Fit52 Life (boy is that a mouthful) will be published by Dey Street Books in 2020.
“Fitness and healthy living have been a passion of mine for years,” the mother of two said in a statement to PEOPLE. “It took time to find my way and navigate my wellness journey, and this book will provide tips and tools to help the reader find what is practical and sustainable in his or her everyday life for all 52 weeks of the year, and help lead them toward a positive lifestyle.”
My only question is … will I be able to get shiny, muscled legs like Carrie? If the answer is yes, then I’m sold!
The good news is you can already pre-order Carrie’s book, which will be released March 17, 2020.
