Um. I’m really jealous of Maren Morris and her husband right now, and it has nothing to do with the pair’s obvious affection and love for each other.
Maren Morris visited Sesame Street on Friday (as in THE Sesame Street, not some cheap theme park knockoff) to shoot a segment of the iconic children’s show. And because she’s a newlywed and still loves to spend all her time with her new husband, Ryan Hurd, she brought him along for the fun.
Well Friday just happened to also be Ryan’s birthday, which means the 32-year-old had the bestest birthday ever!
Maren shared a picture to Instagram of her and Hurd sharing a kiss while inside Sesame Street garbage cans.
“Happy birthday to this grouch. This is hands down the best birthday @ryanhurd could have,” she wrote.

Ryan shared his own fun photo from the day, but his wife was nowhere to be seen. Instead, Hurd is seen posing with Cookie Monster, who just happens to share the same birthday.
Could the day have gotten any better? I think not!
