This past summer, country singer Jessica Lynn and her band of family members and friends headed across the pond to Europe where they spent nearly two months. Over the weeks they were overseas, Lynn and her tirelessly working camp performed show after show in country after country, hoping to reach new people and gain new fans. Mission accomplished, as Lynn returned to the United States as ready as ever to continue to make her mark on this world.
A few weeks ago, Lynn released her new EP, Look at Me That Way. Immediately following that release, she headed out on radio tour to support her new single, “Crazy Idea,” which appears on the project. Yesterday, with the help of AXS, Lynn premiered her new music video for the single, and the product couldn’t be more appropriate for the outgoing, high energy, always smiling blossoming star and her band.
The video for “Crazy Idea” was filmed while the crew was out on its European tour. The footage captures the true personalities behind the talented group on stage, giving us sneak peeks of what life looks like when the curtain drops. And no, it isn’t some dark and twisted drama-filled behind-the-scenes story. It is laughter, freedom, and pure joy — to be doing what they love with the people they love. For Lynn fans, the video allows them to stop wondering what goes on during the downtime and to actually become a part of it. Though, some things MAY be better left to the imagination (I’m looking at you, Bauer)…
