Glen Campbell Passes Away at Age 81

It is with the deepest sadness that we report the death of country music icon, Glen Campbell, who has passed away at the age of 81. The icon, known for songs such as “Gentle on My Mind” and “Rhinestone Campbell, passed away at the age of 81, following a long battle with Alzheimer’s disease.

Campbell’s family has asked that, in lieu of flowers, donations are made to the Glen Campbell Memorial Fund at BrightFocus Foundation through the CareLiving.org donation page.

Campbell is survived by his wife, Kim; their three children, Cal, Shannon and Ashley; his children from previous marriages, Debby, Kelli, Travis, Kane, and Dillon; ten grandchildren, great- and great-great-grandchildren; sisters Barbara, Sandra, and Jane; and brothers John Wallace “Shorty” and Gerald.

Our thoughts and prayers are with his family, friends, and fans during this difficult time.
