Drake White Performs at 35,000 Aboard Southwest Flight

We recently interviewed Drake White and exclusively premiered videos related to his partnership with Live In the Vineyard (“LITV”), and, last week, the uniquely talented Big Machine Label Group artist joined forces with the festival for a special event.

White performed aboard a Southwest Airlines flight as part of its Live at 35 series, entertaining passengers with several of his songs as they flew from Dallas Love Field to Nashville. Following the flight, White performed an intimate acoustic set for a small group seated on the legendary Ryman Auditorium stage, hosted by Southwest and LITV.

“Sometimes I think about all the cool places that I have been fortunate enough to play and this may top them all,” said White. “I am so thankful for the people I have met and the opportunities that I am given and playing for a flight full of lovely folks is a cherry on top of an already awesome start to 2017.”
