Good guy Garth Brooks donates a bunch of bikes to Toys for Tots

Tis the season for giving, and Garth Brooks was feeling in a very giving mood recently when he decided to help out a radio station with their Toys for Tots campaign.

Last week, Louisville, Kentucky’s Q103.1 began an event called Bikes or Bust 2016 where their DJ Dingo was set to hang out for 103 hours 40 feet in the air on top of a lift. The goal was to get as many donations as possible of bicycles for the annual Marine Corp Toys for Tots drive.

On Friday, the station got a big boost in bike donations when none other than Garth Brooks called in to personally pledge 10 bikes for every hours Dingo stayed up in the air.

That’s an incredible 1030 bikes!

Yay Garth!

So cool. If you’d like to donate to help Q103.1 bring bikes to deserving kids this holiday season, the station also has a GoFundMe account that you can donate to here.

I know Dingo from when he was in Myrtle Beach. He’s awesome, and what a great thing he’s doing. Way to go Garth for helping out!!!
