Watch “The Voice” coaches slay Aerosmith’s “Dream On”

On Sunday, after the world bid adieu to the Rio Olympics with the games’ closing ceremony, NBC aired a special half-hour preview of the new season of The Voice. At one point, this season’s coaches, including newcomers Miley Cyrus and Alicia Keys, got together to perform a rocking rendition of Aerosmith’s Dream On.

Now I might be committing some sort of country music blogger faux pas here, but I’m going to go ahead and say that Blake Shelton is not my favorite part of this video.

Nope, that distinction would have to go to the always wacky Miley Cyrus because the girl killed it.

Sorry Blake.

Season 11 of The Voice premieres on NBC Monday, Sept. 19, at 8 p.m.
