Huge congratulations are in order for Dan + Shay’s Shay Mooney, who got engaged on August 9 to longtime girlfriend Hannah Billingsley. Mooney took to Twitter to share the news, writing, ““I liked it…so I put a ring on it. I’m the luckiest man in the world. @HLB15 I love you.”
The former Miss Arkansas USA 2013 and future Mrs. Mooney shared the same photo on her Instagram, writing, “Words aren’t enough. Truly the happiest day of my life. 8/9/16 I love you so much @shaymooney.”
