Gary Allan’s Nashville store, The Label, shutting down

Just five years after launching his trendy Nashville menswear boutique, The Label, Gary Allan has decided to shut the doors for good.

“As many of you know,” the store’s Facebook page announced last week, “we are closing The Label Nashville.”

Ah man.

There is a bit of light at the end of the Gary Allan tunnel, however. The announcement also mentioned that a new line of jewelry is being launched by the singer.

No word on when fans can expect the new Gary Allan jewelry line or when the store will be officially closed, but I’ll keep you updated when I hear more.

Eric Church turns Grammys performance into something bigger

You may have watched Eric Church’s performance of his 2014 hit ‘Give Me Back My Hometown’ on Sunday night at the Grammys and thought that was all there was to it. A performance of a Grammy-nominated song from a Grammy-nominated album (he lost both, to Carrie Underwood and Miranda Lambert respectively, but who’s counting).
