Search currently underway in Tennessee for teen believed to be Craig Morgan’s son

Craig Morgan

Thoughts and prayers going out to Craig Morgan and his family as a search is currently underway in Tennessee for a teen believed to be the singer’s son.

According to The Tennessean, a call was made about 4 p.m. on Sunday reporting the teenager missing. According to reports, “Humphreys County Sheriff Chris Davis said two teens were tubing on Kentucky Lake when they fell into the water. A 19-year-old, who witnesses said was wearing a life jacket, never resurfaced from the water.”

Crews worked through the night searching the Tennessee River and Kentucky Lake and additional resources were requested this morning.

Reporter Jimmy Carter was the first person I saw to mention that the missing teen is Craig Morgan’s son.

I will update this story just as soon as more information is available. In the meantime, please keep Craig and his family in your prayers if it is indeed his son.

Update: Craig Morgan’s record label has now released a statement. You can read it here.
