Ayla Brown gloriously wins over Twitter troll

Now THIS is how you handle Twitter negativity!

Last week, Ayla Brown – country singer, former American Idol contestant, and daughter of former Senator Scott Brown – sang the National Anthem at the Republican National Convention in Cleveland, Ohio.

Ayla did a fine job, but the internet being the internet, not everyone had nice things to say. One tweeter, for example, thought a certain part of his anatomy could do a better job singing than the 27-year-old Ayla.

While some people would have just ignored the nasty comment, Brown decided to take the Negative Nelly down in rather glorious fashion.

This may be one of my favorite social media counter-strikes ever. Love it!

Surprisingly, the tweeter who thought very highly of his asshole’s talent saw that he had been bested and actually backed down.

And everyone lived happily ever after.

The end.
