The Dixie Chicks Cover Beyonce’s “Daddy Lessons”


Ever since Beyonce released her most recent album Lemonade, the country community has been clamoring over her “country song,” “Daddy Lessons.” While Beyonce’s version may nod its head to her Texan country roots, the song wasn’t all that country…until now.

At their April 30 gig in Manchester, England, the Dixie Chicks truly made “Daddy Lessons” a country track…and all is right in the world. If they’re working on a new album, we REALLY hope this is on it.
