Reba was all smiles on The Talk this past Wednesday, chatting with the ladies about all the goings on in her world, including her 40 years in music, Vegas shows with Brooks and Dunn and her new grandson, Remington Alexander.
“She is a super mama, she loves those babies,” Reba says of Remington’s mother, Kelly Clarkson who is married to Reba’s former stepson Brandon Blackstock. Despite divorcing Brandon’s father Narvel last year, Reba is still grandma to all of those adorable kids. “I love them all to pieces. They’re great kids,” says Reba.
And Kelly shared a pic of all those adorable kiddos this week, writing “#andthentherewerefour #familyband The von Trapps ain’t got nothin’ on us ha!”
She also opened up about the loss of musical legends like Merle Haggard. “We are reminded at these times, although they’re sad, we’ve got that of them,” she says of their music. “That will live with us forever. So the songs that Merle Haggard and Prince and Glenn (Frey) gave us, it’s just music I have on my iPod, on my phone, that I love to listen to, and I will have their memory with me forever.”
