Nashville-based music country radio distribution service CDX is about to revolutionize the way consumers, artists and the music industry as a whole view the country charts with an innovative, web-based airplay monitoring system called TrAction.
Unlike other music monitoring services, TrAction won’t just monitor a small panel of radio stations, but will seamless monitor and monitor and detect airplay on all radio stations that stream their broadcast signals on their websites. Both terrestrial and internet-only stations will be tracked.
The new tracking system will provide Nashville decision-makers with actionable data based on real airplay by allowing all artists to track their music in ALL markets, including nearly 3,000 smaller counties that are comprised over 150 million country listeners.
TrAction is currently in late-stage beta-testing to great interest, with its official roll-out in the near future.
