Emily Wears from East Iowa has many talents, one of which is delivering a good tongue twister to the point your head will spin. This talent of Emily’s was developed when she attended auctioneer school, and the American Idol producers made sure to entertain viewers with this beautiful and fast-talking contestant’s rare ability.

Also on Emily’s list of “can do’s” is singing. For her audition in front of judges Keith Urban, Jennifer Lopez, and Harry Connick, Jr., the Iowa native decided to slow things down a bit, attempting to storm into Hollywood by way of a little rain; Jo Dee Messina’s “Bring On the Rain”, to be exact.

The emotionally driven tune that Jo Dee (and Tim McGraw) took up the charts to Number 1 was quite a tall order for the small town girl. Did she make it through to Hollywood? Watch her audition by clicking below and let us know if you think the judges got it right!
