As adults, our Christmas lists seem to take a different shape than they did when we were children, making “My Grown Up Christmas List” one of the most meaningful songs of the holiday season. Back in 2011, Lauren Alaina tackled the song on CMA’s Country Christmas, and we absolutely love this version.

Make sure to stick around until the bridge, where she asks “What is this illusion called the innocence of youth? / Maybe only in our blind belief can we ever find the truth…”

Cassadee Pope already has songs written for next album!

Back in 2013 we were graced with miss Cassadee Pope’s debut country album. And while the album produced the Platinum hit, “Wasting All These Tears”, it still left many people hungry for more intimate songs from the vocal power house.
Well…she has revealed in a new interview that she already has 30 songs written for her new album. That’s an impressive number!
