Jana Kramer’s sophomore album “Thirty One” is out today. Now comes the question: Are there any songs on the album about her most famous ex, Brantley Gilbert?
Turns out there just might be.
Jana spoke recently with our buddy Broadway and told him that there’s a song on the album about a past relationship called Last Song. She doesn’t name names, but it certainly sounds like it’s about Brantley.
Jana tells Broadway when asked if any of the songs on “Thirty One” are about “unhealthy” past relationships: “100%! People in my past are on this album because that’s how I feel I can grow. Music for me is therapy. When I wrote Last Song, my last relationship was tough and so I wrote about that experience. I wanted people to go deeper with me on that level and feel the pain that I went through and the hurt and all that. People can relate to that because we’ve all had our heart broken.”
