Go Blake, Go!
Last month, In Touch Magazine published a cover story alleging the Blake Shelton was rehab-bound. The cover proclaimed “Rehab for Blake: He Finally Hits Rock Bottom.”
Now Shelton is striking back, suing Bauer Media, the parent company of In Touch for $2 million in damages. Although he joked about the allegations on Twitter, a Shelton rep confirmed to Gossip Cop that a lawsuit was indeed filed in Los Angeles Superior Court today.
According to insiders, the suit strikes back at specific allegations in the mag, including rumors of an affair, an intervention and dangerous alcohol abuse.
Maybe this will serve as a lesson to the tabloids. Mess with Blake Shelton…ain’t nobody got time for that.
