Luke Bryan has more than proven his impact on the country music industry, scoring consecutive hits, sell-out tours, certifications, a Country Music Hall of Fame exhibit, and countless awards. During Bryan’s Walmart AXE Stage Pass performances, it became increasingly clear why he has experienced the enormous success he has; and why he will continue to do so in the years to come.
On the Walmart AXE Stage Pass Black webpage, Bryan performed three songs from his extensive repertoire, including two Number 1s — one from hit album Crash My Party, one from his most recent disc, Kill the Lights — and an additional track from his current offering that he anticipates will become a single. The performances were filmed at Bryan’s 2015 CMA Fest party, before a theater full of fans who have dedicated their support to the Universal Music Group artist.
Throughout each song, Bryan participated with his crowd, making individual audience members feel like they were the only ones in the room. From “Kick the Dust Up” to “Fast” to “Play It Again,” the artist who has been named Entertainer of the Year twice in his career showed why he is the reigning holder of the title.
During the set, Bryan encouraged his fans to sing along, shared his feelings toward the chosen tunes, and spoke to the audience like a room full of friends.
