Well shoot. For the second time in a very short period of time, I’ve received a press release about a country singer’s child passing away. This should never happen to a parent (never, never, never), so my heart truly goes out to Eddie Montgomery (Montgomery Gentry) on the passing of his son Hunter.
From the press release:
Eddie Montgomery, one-half of the award-winning duo Montgomery Gentry, lost his son Hunter today after an accident that had the 19-year-old on life support in a Kentucky hospital.
“My son Hunter went to heaven today,” said Eddie Montgomery (Montgomery Gentry). “I appreciate all your prayers and love and thank you for giving us privacy as we grieve and say goodbye.”
Funeral arrangements are pending.
I will bring you more details if/when I hear anything. Again, my condolences go out to Eddie and his entire family.
