Taylor Swift Makes 7-Year-Old Autistic Boy’s Dream Come True

Taylor Swift

Seven-year-old Jacob Velazquez didn’t know it at the time, but when he uploaded a six minute video to YouTube that shows him playing a medley of Taylor Swift’s 1989 songs on piano (from memory!), he was about to break the Internet. This is because he actually caught the attention of Taylor, who has proven to be one of the most giving artists out there, and his call to action on his video became a dream fulfilled.

At the beginning of his breathtaking piece, Jacob showed Taylor that he owns a copy of 1989 and said he would like to get the album signed by the queen of all things music industry. Taylor soon thereafter responded to the request via Twitter.

The Autism advocacy group, Autism Speaks, shared its excitement for Jacob on its Twitter account, to which Jacob replied about how he couldn’t wait to meet the artist who inspired his latest piano work.

Continue to say what you will about Taylor Swift, but you have to admit, the woman knows how to warm a heart and touch a life. We can’t wait to see the pictures/videos from Jacob’s meeting, but until then, we will watch his piano medley below on repeat!
