Rascal Flatts performed at Oregon’s Willamette Country Music Festival last weekend, but the last thing the band expected while at the show was a little riot over a missing instrument. While at the festival, Gary, Joe Don, and Jay realized a $2,000.00 custom made guitar was missing from their equipment, and the guys contacted police who began the search for the instrument.

Luckily, local police proved their sharp investigative skills, as they wasted no time in determining who stole the guitar, found the individuals, and recovered the undamaged instrument in Eugene on Sunday. Rascal Flatts was later reunited with the guitar.

According to an official statement, the men of Rascal Flatts have decided the proper course of action to take regarding this criminal event is simply movin’ on, as they will not be pressing charges against the thieves.
