Garth Brooks & Trisha Yearwood to Take a Walk of Fame

Garth Brooks and Trisha Yearwood will be taking a “Walk of Fame” in Walk of Fame Park in Nashville next month, commemorating the two superstars’ inductions to the special Music City landmark.

Garth and Trisha will receive the sixty-fourth and sixty-fifth stars, respectively, in the Park, on September 10th at 2:00pm during a free and open to the public presentation to Sony Music’s power couple. Nashville Mayor, Karl Dean, made a statement in a press release regarding the artists and this special honor:

Trisha and Garth are two great artists who represent what makes Nashville special. They are musicians. They are entrepreneurs. And they are generous community advocates. The way they care about Nashville is as inspiring as their music. Garth stood strong with the city during the 2010 flood recovery, and we will never forget that.

Walk of Fame Park is on Demonbreun Street between Fourth and Fifth Avenues.

Will you be attending this exciting event? If so, let us know! We would love to meet up and say hello to our wonderful readers!
