How we missed this when it first happened is unclear. In fact, we are taking a brief break from hanging our heads in shame to share this with all of you.
Blake Shelton went on a bit of a tweet spree for a few days and, amidst responding to several fans (using colorful language and talking about alcohol, as usual), the Warner Music Nashville superstar with more consecutive Number 1s than anybody else, dropped a bit of a bomb … one that didn’t detonate until today.
Does this mean a new song is being recorded and released (after “Gonna” hits the top of the charts, of course)? Heck, with everything going on in Blake’s life right now, we can only hope that some musical therapy is heading our way. Need we remind you of songs like “Austin” and “Goodbye Time”?!
