*Exclusive Photos* Natalie Stovall & the Drive Supports Boot Campaign with New Song (Listen!)

Country artists have been supporting the efforts of the Boot Campaign all summer, even traveling Jamaica on Memorial Day weekend to help with a special project. Now, Natalie Stovall & the Drive has jumped on board, providing assistance to the wonderful cause through proceeds from a new song.

Natalie was inspired years ago when she visited Africa on a Navy Entertainment tour to play for the troops. She recently explained to People how the experience, specifically one sailor she met, touched her.

I spoke to a sailor who told me his story with such passion his words stuck with me. He had gotten married, was immediately deployed, had been gone for over a year and had no idea when he would be back home to see his wife.

Like any songwriter would, Natalie went home, put pen to paper, and came out the other side with a song. Co-written by Natalie’s good friend Ruthie Collins, “Miss You the Most” was the product of the writing session and the song that is now coming full circle to aid our troops.

When asked about the song, Natalie told People:

The way this young man spoke about his wife was so beautiful. When I play it, I not only think about this young couple, but of all the men and women that spend way too much time apart from their loved ones and sacrifice so much for the rest of us.

To give back to the troops, Natalie Stovall & the Drive has decided to donate the proceeds to the Boot Campaign, which

is a national 501(c)(3) charitable organization dedicated to promoting patriotism for America and our military community; raising awareness of the unique challenges service members face during and post-service; and providing assistance to military personnel, past and present, and their families. Retail sales of combat boots, apparel and mission-focused merchandise, general public donations and corporate sponsorships fund programs that support military families. These efforts extend to all generations of military personnel who endure significant physical, emotional and circumstantial hardships resulting from their service and sacrifice.
