Little Big Town‘s Jimi Westbrook recently underwent vocal chord surgery, forcing the ACM Group of the Year and Billboard chart-topping quartet to cancel several summer shows. Having high hopes that Jimi’s recovery would be expeditious and the group would be able to return to the stage fairly soon after his procedure, Little Big Town only canceled events through July 30th.
Yesterday, the four shared a personal message with fans regarding the status of Jimi’s voice and their continuation of a [pain] killer 2015. However, it wasn’t quite the news they hope to bring. Watch as Kimberly, Karen, Phillip, and a silent Jimi update fans on the band’s tour dates:
