New feature: Easily comment on stories

Comments everywhere

Hey guys. I wanted to bring your attention to something I recently added to NashvilleGab that you may find fun, or at least a time saver.

Most people like to speak their minds and be heard. Sometimes when you feel like speaking your mind, you don’t don’t mind scrolling all the way down to the bottom of the page to comment.

Occasionally, however, you may be all fired up and don’t want to waste your damn time scrolling all the way to the bottom of the damn page.

If this happens to you, then NashvilleGab has you covered.

I recently added a new commenting feature that lets you post a comment easily anywhere in the story where you feel like it.

To comment, all you have to do is run your mouse over any part of the story and a little plus sign will pop up.

Easily comment

Once the little plus sign pops up just click it and a window will pop up on the right hand side of the screen. You just write your comment in there and click “post comment.”

Once you’ve clicked “post comment,” it will show up at the bottom of the page with any other comments that have been posted. Comment

It’s that easy.

There is another thing about this commenting system you might find interesting (if comments are your thing). At the bottom where the comments post, there is now a “reference” link in the comments of people who use the “plus sign” to comment. If you click that link, it will take you to the part of the story where the comment was placed.

So go ahead and give it a whirl and let me know what you think.
