The show that never, ever, ever seems to go away, The Voice, is reportedly ready to welcome another country boy when it starts its 188th season this September.

Okay, it’s actually the 9th season, but doesn’t it seem like the 188th?

Anyway, according to Us Weekly, Brad Paisley has joined Blake Shelton’s team as a mentor for the upcoming installment of The Voice.

“Brad was a good friend to Blake, and it was great for Blake to have him there — especially considering everything Blake is going through,” a source revealed to the magazine, referencing Blake’s recent divorce from Miranda Lambert.

Other stars who have reportedly joined the show as mentors include former Disney star Selena Gomez who will be Gwen Stefani’s team mentor, John Fogerty on Adam Levine’s team, and Missy Elliott has joined Team Pharrell.

Season 9 of The Voice kicks off on NBC September 21 at 8 p.m. ET.
