Instead, Blake is asking his fans to do something different for his big day, and just as we suspected, the dude is truly a teddy bear at heart. In honor of his June 18th birthday, Blake is asking fans to donate to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital, one of Mr. Shelton’s favorite charities.
