Tess Holliday is a stunning plus size lady who has suddenly (maybe not so suddenly, I don’t know) become very, very popular and is quickly becoming fashion’s It Girl. She also happens to have a very large Dolly Parton tattoo on display on her arm for the whole world to see, and that makes her awesome in my book.
I’ve heard her name before and I’ve seen her pictures before, but it wasn’t until I read an article BuzzFeed has today that I realized that she’s sporting this amazing retro Dolly artwork.
