We just love surprise appearances, but we love them more when the moment was as special as it was this year at the ACM Awards when Randy Travis surprised fans by being there! It has been nearly two years since Randy suffered a serious stroke. The amazing moment at the 50th ACM Awards happened when Lee Brice paid tribute  to the North Carolina native when he played a verse of Travis’s hit “Forever and Ever, Amen,” then shocked the audience when he introduced the recovering legend.

Continued well wishes for Randy!
