So here’s a funny story. This morning I received a warning email from Google Adsense about one of my posts. The email said that the story I had written violated their policy regarding adult or mature content.
Our policy regarding adult or mature content may include any material that is not appropriate for all audiences. While this obviously includes full nudity or sexual activity, it may also include textually explicit sexual content, image or video content containing lewd or provocative poses, strategically covered nudity, see-through or sheer clothing, and close-ups of anatomy that would be inappropriate if shown nude. Additionally, topics such as sexual health and sex tips may be held to a higher standard of professionalism than content that isn’t bordering on mature.
Um, ok.
So what was the offending post?
It was a story about Keith Urban’s Somewhere in my Car video.
Yes, really.
The story I wrote contained a picture that I had screen grabbed from the video, so you know it wasn’t THAT bad.
Turns out I’m not the only one who has received one of these odd warnings, so at least I’m not alone in being confused.
I guess Keith Urban is just too hot for Google now.

Really? Video is good song is great and tell me when you were young that wasn’t going on in cars! Apparently as far as the sexy clothing walk into a mall somewhere and take a look at the window advertising the girl in the video has more clothing on!

I saw where a movie star (can’t remember who it was right now) tried to post an Instagram of her little girl sitting on her potty, but it came back to her saying they couldn’t post it. The star sent back a nude picture of Kim Kardashion laying on her stomach, but fully nude and said, you can post this x rated picture but not my little toddler sitting on her potty….something’s not right here!!
Isn’t it crazy? Just don’t get it at all.
