So how did you announce your tour? Dierks Bentley announced his 2015 Sounds of Summer Tour with the annual Polar Plunge, inviting opening acts Kip Moore, Maddie & Tae, and Canaan Smith to jump into the Percy Priest Lake in Nashville as part of their initiation. Initially Dierks started things off by tweeting the three acts asking if they were in town, and when all three promptly responded he let them know to meet in an hour.
hey @KipMooreMusic @MaddieandTae @CanaanSmith y'all around today?

However, he wasn't done. Dierks followed this up with a picture of the lake and the hashtag #SoundsofSummer, along with a picture of him holding a turquoise bikini top and gesturing towards Kip Moore wearing it.

After revealing on Twitter that all the acts were at the scene and waiting, most Dierks fans had already figured out what was going on, and as expected the acts jumped in the lake one by one, led by Dierks himself.
