Is Country Music Homophobic? Your favorite stars weigh in

Country music homophobia

For the last year (yes, this video was a year in the making), our friend Broadway has been asking everyone he interviews what turned out to be a surprisingly tough question … is country music ready for an openly gay country star and whether the genre is homophobic in general? Some stars stuttered, some stars made jokes (Big Kenny from Big & Rich says he's gay in the happy sense of the word), some stars became downright uncomfortable with the question, while others were more than happy to answer.

Check out stars such as Trisha Yearwood, Kip Moore, Big Kenny, Danielle Bradbery, Rascal Flatts, Lady Antebellum, Cole Swindell, and many more discussing their thoughts on what ended up being a pretty tough question.
