Well, The Band Perry DID give a Master Class for aspiring musicians at Belmont University’s School of Music in Nashville. So, that's gotta count for something right?!
The event was an hour long and during it, Reid, Neil and Kimberly Perry shared stories of playing shopping malls, campgrounds and campsites while trying to make it as performers. They also stressed the importance of a strong work ethic and a good support system for those trying to make it in the music business. This all is worth learning for sure!
The award winning trio also took questions from the students in the audience before serenading them with an acoustic version of their signature hit, “If I Die Young.”
Man…where was this class when I was in school?! I woulda' aced it!
