Joe Don Rooney and family visit Disney World

Congratulations to Rascal Flatts' guitarist Joe Don Rooney whose wife Tiffany apparently gave birth to the couple's third child on Monday, September 29.

Country Music Tattle Tale were the first to report the news this morning.

Last night, Rascal Flatts performed at the Grand Ole Opry, but one of the fellas was sporting a special accessory. Joe Don Rooney performed wearing a white hospital bracelet. It turns out, he literally drove to the Opry from the hospital where is wife, Tiffany Fallon gave birth to their third child on Monday evening in Nashville.

Joe Don confirmed the news of the pregnancy to People.com last March, telling the mag: “Jagger and Rocky are very excited too. They’re going to make a great ‘big brother-big sister duo’ as the Rooney circus continues.”

Later, JDR revealed to Country Weekly that the couple were expecting a second daughter.

“We haven’t named her yet, but we’re just very excited. I’m just excited to have my wife back, bless her heart. She doesn’t do prego real well. She’s been really sick with this one. She’s starting to feel a little better; she’s just in that uncomfortable stage now. But we're really excited. Our schedule is so crazy. I have like literally a window of time from September 22 through September 26 off, so we’re hoping [her birth] falls in that window. No pressure, Tiff!”

Congrats again to the happy family.

Update: Rooney's rep confirmed the news to People.com

Born at 7:01 p.m. and weighing in at 6 lbs., 11 oz., daughter Devon Olivia joins siblings Raquel Blue, 4, and Jagger Donovan, 6.

“We are so thrilled to finally become a party of five,” the proud new parents tell PEOPLE. “Jagger and Raquel are so happy to be her big brother & big sister.”
