Despite Miranda's fierce reputation, she proved just how soft side her soft was as she sang to a 7 year old cancer patient. Lambert was in Corpus Christi and noticed one of the fans in the audience was fighting cancer. That fan was Brooke Hester, and she’s battling Stage IV Neuroblastoma cancer. She was diagnosed in 2010.
During the performance Miranda bent down and grabbed the little girl's hand to serenade her. When she was done, Miranda was noticeably in tears.
A moment you could never plan to happen, it was a moment that will mean so much for years to come to all involved.
