At first it sounds random that LeAnn Rimes would have an opinion on Justin Bieber, but actually who knows more about growing up in the industry than the Blue singer. LeAnn rose to fame at just 13 years old so she's been around the block with all the temptations a young, famous artist faces.
Bbbbut she says that's no excuse.
LeAnn said that she just can't explain why Justin keeps letting himself get caught doing all those not so flattering things. "I think I rebelled but it was either through my music and trying to be defiant by doing something that no one else wanted me to do, or it was in my home" She told Joan Rivers on the In Bed With Joan show.
I always say if you're going to party like that don't leave your house. Just don't leave your house, you can do it all you want, just don't be stupid.
"I think nowadays people are stupid and everybody has a camera-phone. It just makes it worse."
And she had a prediction about his ego also…
"When you think you own the world – which anybody could, trust me I've been through the same feelings – you know everything at 16, and it's like, 'Oh my god I'm selling millions of records, why do I need to listen to you?'
"But you get hit in the face with that pretty quick, and I guess you either learn from it or you can spiral way downhill from there."
Justin and the many other young stars following that dark path should actually take some notes.
