Carrie Underwood wears many hats these days. She's an award-winning country singer, actress, celebrity spokesperson, awards show host, wife, and leg workout inspiration. And now the singer can add wildlife rescuer to her jam-packed resume.
Yesterday, Carrie took to Twitter to show off the little bird with a broken wing that she chased around the street to save.
Chased this birdie around the street yesterday to help-she had a broken wing. Thanks @WaldensPuddle for taking her! pic.twitter.com/OkrDGgvjJj

Carrie then apologized to the other drivers in the area.
& thanks to my hubby for pulling over so I could grab her. Sorry to those who had to deal w/ a crazy lady chasing a bird in the turn lane!

Man, I sure hope someone managed to get video of Carrie chasing the little bird around the turn lane. That would be some entertaining video.
Carrie ended up taking the little bird to Walden's Puddle, a wildlife rehabilitation and education center serving Middle Tennessee where hopefully they'll be able to patch it up and maybe someday set it free.
