So the single that had Jason Aldean sitting pretty on the iTunes ALL Genre chart at # 1, that "Burnin' It Down," song? You heard of it? It's his first single from his upcoming 6th album, which is a follow up to Night Train. It has an oddly familar sound to it, which could come from the fact it's similar to other songs topping the charts these days or kinda sounds like a slower version of 'Take A Little Ride" when the chorus hits. Yeah well anyway…that song has some famous co-writers: Florida Georgia Line's Tyler Hubbard and Brian Kelley. The duo, who are currently on tour with Aldean, wrote "Burnin' It Down" with collaborators Rodney Clawson and Chris Tompkins.
In a Facebook post, Hubbard and Kelley wrote, "As songwriters, it's an absolute honor to have Jason record one of our songs."
I have to admit there is something catchy about it and it makes me anxious for the rest of the album….chhhhheck it out below:
