Back in May, Broadway had written about how Florida Georgia Line's next single would blow us away. A lot of people scoffed at that statement and went about their way without a second thought.
Today, however, FGL released their new single Dirt, the first single from their next album, along with a video for the song and lo and behold, Broadway was absolutely right … the song is amazing! Kinda shows a different side to the kings of bro-country and makes me wonder what they have up their sleeve for their next album.
Along with the new single, the boys are also launching their new dirt campaign. According to People, they want to help families in need own their own piece of dirt and are hoping to raise $100,000 for Habitat for Humanity.
"To be able to be in the position we're in and be so blessed over the last couple of years doing what we love is very rewarding," Brian Kelley tells People, "and we've always said we want to be bigger than the music and give back."
Brian and Tyler are encouraging fans to donate to Habitat for Humanity. Those who do so here will be entered for the chance to win a trip for two on FGL's This Is How We Cruise aboard the Norwegian Pearl, setting sail from Miami on Nov. 8.
Dirt is available on iTunes starting today.
