There's been a rumor for a while now that Miranda Lambert and Blake Shelton were opening a B&B in their hometown of Tishomingo, Oklahoma.

Now that rumor's been confirmed.

Back when Miranda covered Billboard magazine, the singer talked about her latest project.

From the stables, Lambert cruised over to the Pink Pistol, one of the two women's western wear stores she owns (the other is in Lindale, Texas, where she grew up). "People were buying some cute spring stuff," she says. "It was hopping." Then it was off to the local bank to open up an account for Ladysmith, a renovated 100-year-old home that Lambert will soon open as a bed-and-breakfast across the street from the Pink Pistol.

Then this morning The Country Vibe also had a piece about the Ladysmith, quotting Miranda as saying:

“I bought the building across the street from the Pink Pistol in Tishomingo, Oklahoma,” says Miranda. “It was built in 1901, so it’s been over a year of renovations. It is a bed and breakfast but it’s also an events center, so you can rent it for weddings and showers and private parties and all kinds of stuff. But it does have eight rooms.”

Miranda Lambert praises radio for embracing her "cross dressing" song

Miranda goes on to say that she has no idea what she's doing, but that the building was too beautiful not to restore. As for when fans can start booking reservations, Miranda says, “I’m not setting a date because I don’t want to set myself up for failure, but it’s really beautiful and I think it’s going to be so much fun for people.”

Anyone in the area have pictures of the renovations going on? I'd love to see it.
