Yep, you know you’re in California when a 1000-square foot home in a residential neighborhood is being sold for nearly a million and a half dollars.

Of course, this home is being sold by none other than Dolly Parton, so it might just be the perfect home for a super-fan.
The RealEstalker is reporting that Dolly has put her West Hollywood home-away-from-home on the market for a tidy little sum of $1,395,000.
